Awesome deal and super quick shipping! Fantastic item!!

This was my first experience with Portmantos. Not only was the starting price appealing, but they also had a welcome deal that made it even better. They processed my order in just a few days. Kim from customer service was fantastic in assisting me with tracking my order since I needed it quickly. When I faced a problem with the item I got, Kim provided several solutions while coordinating with the manufacturer. Working with Kim was a pleasure, and I’m completely happy with my purchase from beginning to end. I definitely suggest shopping at Portmantos. I’ll be telling my friends and family about them, and when I need something again, I know exactly where to head.

I placed an order for a Travel pro Shadow Black Platinum Elite 21” spinner from Portmantos via Amazon for 279 bucks. Instead, they shipped me a Travel pro Max lite 5, which is around 140. When I tried to return it and get the right one, I found out the same case is now priced at 445 dollars. I reached out to Amazon for an exchange, but no luck there. I ordered two, and I'm still waiting on the second one. Fingers crossed that it’s the right item. If Portmantos is legit, they should send the second one at the original price... but I ain't holding my breath. :(

This roller bag duffel is fantastic! Weighs just 7.1 lbs, making it the lightest around. The fabric is tough and holds up well. Love the beautiful teal shade, though I wish they had more colors available.

I purchased a Lipault wheeled travel sachet from their site. I chatted with a rep who quickly found the bag and shipped it to me overnight. The service was top-notch!

I went ahead and bought something, waited around for 5 days for it to show up, and then they just canceled my order and refunded me. The website clearly doesn’t keep track of its stock. I ended up without my Christmas gift! I wouldn’t suggest using this site.

I spent quite a bit of time searching and finally came across this item at a great price! I went ahead and placed my order, then just stepped away for a bit. To my surprise, they ended up cancelling it due to inventory issues. I get it, these things happen. But here's the kicker: the same product is still up on the site. It's there, just at a price that's $13 higher than what I was gonna pay! Inventory issues? I doubt it!

My bag showed up fast and just like it was described! And I’m really happy with it! One thing I’d suggest to the company is to ensure that the image matches what folks are actually buying. I was a bit anxious since the description mentioned floral but the picture showed a red bag. Took a leap of faith and I’m so glad I did. This item was meant to replace my old Tumi crossbody bag, which isn’t available in stores anymore. I’m not a fan of the new ones out there, so I figured I’d search online. Portmantos had the best deal, it arrived quickly, and it was in pristine condition! Overall, a fantastic experience!

I hadn't come across Portmantos before, maybe 'cause I live out on the West Coast. While I was checking prices for a high-quality but expensive backpack, this site popped up. They had the lowest price, which made me a bit skeptical. I decided to go for it, and just two days later, with no shipping fees, it showed up right at my doorstep. I'm really happy with it, travel a good bit, and will definitely keep this shop in mind for my next buys.

Website Performance Issues
The main issue I encountered is that the site runs really slow. I bet PORTMANTOS knows about this already. There are times when the site lags so much that I can't tell if it's even doing anything. I'd click and then sit there waiting for up to 10 seconds before anything came through.
